Built paid acquisition and creative testing systems, including 100+ ad variants, and grew Shiba Story Go's TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from zero in about two months before Proof of Play closed.

A GTM plan for solopreneurs, built inside an enterprise engine

Creative Flow
2022 · Enterprise SaaS

Developed the go-to-market plan for Creative Flow, a B2C SaaS product built inside a public, enterprise-scale media company (NYSE: SSTK), targeting solopreneurs. The strategy: teach first — SEO content and micro-influencer video that taught the audience something genuinely useful, building product familiarity and retention before ever asking for the sale. Also redesigned splash and landing pages and worked pricing strategy directly with product — enterprise, GTM, SaaS, content, and influencer experience, in one stop.

Three ideas survived the filter: TryWhistle (acquired by Cloudbeds), Brand Reporter (acquired by YPB Group), and ShowKit (TechCrunch Disrupt finalist).

Racing YouTube to a top-25 US site, before "growth marketing" was a job title

Veoh.com
2005–2008 · Online video's infancy
22Munique monthly users
$80Mraised across 4 rounds

Left journalism in 2005 for the ground floor of a company chasing the same prize as YouTube. Led community and programmed the homepage while picking up the SDLC directly from the engineers around him, then turned it all into growth hacking a platform that hit a top-25 US, top-100 global audience. Pioneered early in-video ad formats — homepage takeovers, preview and post-roll units — on a platform that later won landmark DMCA safe-harbor rulings against IO Group and Universal Music Group.

About

Bradley builds marketing infrastructure from zero, then runs it himself — the growth systems, the AI agents, the analytics programs, and the campaigns other marketers hand off to agencies.

His background spans the earliest days of online video (Veoh, racing YouTube before "growth marketing" was a job title), a Silicon Beach venture builder (Curious Minds, three real exits), enterprise platforms at HP and Shutterstock, and Proof of Play, where he was the entire marketing function — one person, vibe-coding an AI marketing engine from a $0 budget. He builds AI-native marketing systems, not just AI-assisted workflows, and uses that infrastructure to drive measurable growth across SEO, paid, and organic channels.

In between, he founded Gift-Hippo.com and sold seven figures in promotional gifts — running the books and operations himself, not just the marketing — picked up a PMP certification from Google, and is a University of Oklahoma journalism grad who never stopped being a storyteller, just pointed it at growth curves instead of headlines.
